Project responsibilities:
· Lead global, multi-functional teams on projects fostering team accountability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality value.
· Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and champion organizational change processes.
· Coach our teams to embrace flexibility and foster innovation while balancing firm standards and practices.
· Engage and partner with stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and dependent teams in a multifaceted environment for effective teamwork and project success.
o Partner, collaborate, and manage stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams.
o Lead the project team to become self-organized.
o Help the team achieve high performance.
o Tactically identify dependencies and blockers, track and help mitigate them accordingly.
o Support the project sponsor/owner by providing regular status updates and tracking all the high risks and dependencies with proper mitigation steps documented.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
· Ability to lead teams consisting of vendors, contractors, and full-time employees.
· A go-getter with an attitude to see opportunities in challenging situations.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience leading projects in multinational companies using Waterfall methodology.
· Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components.
· Experience as program manager, project manager, and delivery lead.
· Experience delivering diverse and large-scale projects in a large enterprise-scale environment.
· Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
· Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams covering end-to-end project delivery.
