- Attending to customer enquiries & handling incoming call
- Prepare quotation, process customer order & follow-up on outanding payment upon job completion.
- Prepare and tracking of service contract.
- Provide full admin support to service department
- Undertake other adhoc assignments and duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowlegdge in ERP System
- Good customer service skills
- 5 days work week
- Work location: Tuas Link
- Salary up to $2,700
