Customer Service Administrator

  • Attending to customer enquiries & handling incoming call
  • Prepare quotation, process customer order & follow-up on outanding payment upon job completion.
  • Prepare and tracking of service contract.
  • Provide full admin support to service department
  • Undertake other adhoc assignments and duties

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowlegdge in ERP System
  • Good customer service skills
  • 5 days work week
  • Work location: Tuas Link
  • Salary up to $2,700
