Luzerne’s legacy began in Singapore but extends far beyond its shores even to Dehua where the charming county has been conferred several accolades such as The World Porcelain City and National Civilized City Award (NCCA). Its kilns are also ceremoniously inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The brand recently inaugurated the launch of The Luzerne, Singapore, a milestone project that took more than 2 years in the making by surmounting challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was preceded by the opening of The Luzerne, Dehua in 2019.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Provides outstanding customer service for walk-in and over the phone enquiries.
- E-commerce knowledge is an advantage.
RETAIL OPERATION
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Pack retail and online orders. ( Assist in packaging for retail purchases / Prepare ecommerce shipping)
- Displays merchandise based on standards, collection, and discount group. (Visual merchandising based on company standards, label and tag products)
- Able to adapt to knowledge of ERP / CRM / POS software
- Maintains general cleanliness. (Sweeping the floor, dusting, wiping the shelves, etc)
Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,500
