Job Description:
Provide admin support to the Departments of IT, Operations, Governance and Nursing, including but not limited to:
(i) IT:
- Administration of IT access grants for all staff
- Generation of access rights report for reviews
- IT asset management
(ii) Operations:
- Collation of residents’ outpatient appointments and booking of transport service for these appointments
(iii) Governance:
- Admin support for SAS membership records as well as Board and Sub-Committee related matters
- Assist to draft contracts
- Provide admin support to ensure compliance with key rules and regulations e.g. Personal Data Protection Act, Health Information Bill
(iv) Nursing:
- Collation of information and reports from all the wards required by Nursing Management
- Preparation of information and reports for circulation to all the wards as required by Nursing Management
- Obtain and administer consent from next-of-kin or any other matters that require communication with next-of-kin, as assigned by Nursing Management
(v) Maintain office supplies and stationery
(vi) Data entry and maintenance as well as any other admin support for the above departments
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Pleasant personality, able to communicate well and keen to learn
- Basic IT skills are required (Microsoft Office and Outlook, knowledge of common software)
