Purpose and Scope
The C&S Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Civil & Structural aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for projects management, planning and design works
- Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
- Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
- Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets
- Complete design documents & technical specifications
- Work coordination with other disciplinary teams including architectural, mechanical and electrical
- Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in consultancy firm
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Singaporean only
