SALES EXECUTIVE

R.i.s.e Aerospace Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:

· Identify potential customers and generate leads.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.

· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

· Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.


Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Address customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with clients to nurture long-term partnerships.

· Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.


Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape in the aviation industry.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


Product Knowledge:

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services.

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.


Budget Management:

· Assist in the preparation and management of cost budgets.

· Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.

· Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aviation industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Require frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events.

· Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Self-motivated and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
