Operations Executive (Import & Export)
Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
Working Timing: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm / 9.30am – 6.30pm / 10am – 7pm)
Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Office: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: $ 2,500 - $ 3,000
Job Description:
- Administration of Office Operations
- Preparation of Export & Import Documents
- Maintaining a direct relationship with the Banks about all Export / Import procedures and documentation
- Coordination with the Buyers, Suppliers, Shipping line, Logistics / Trucking Companies etc. (Supply Chain Management)
- Preparation of MIS reports for Management and any other assistance asked by them
- Weekly / Monthly planning
- Any other responsibilities informed by the company
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Knowledge of International Trade (Buying, Selling, Banking, Accounting, Shipping & Logistics)
- Knowledge & Experience in MS Office – Outlook, Advanced Excel (including Macros), Word, PowerPoint etc
