- Documentation Management:
- Oversee and manage all project documentation, ensuring it is accurate, high-quality, and maintains integrity.
- Develop, update, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
- Keep both electronic and hard copy document archives, ensuring all records management activities align with best practices, policies, and legal requirements.
- Produce document control reports as needed, such as weekly reports.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain document control logs and registers.
- Quality Control:
- Perform regular audits to verify that documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accurate.
- Implement processes and procedures for document control to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and assistance to project teams regarding document control procedures and systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for document control-related inquiries and issues.
- Reporting and Tracking:
- Prepare routine reports on the status and activities related to document control.
- Monitor and track the progress of document submissions and approvals.
- Offer technical and administrative support to the project team.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- 5 days work week
