Job Description
· Ensure workflow operations for front of house and back of house are updated and SOP are executed
seamlessly in the restaurant.
· Excellent customer service to guests through food recommendations and genuine interactions.
· Ensure strict quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant and all service crew adhere to the quality
standards set up by HQ.
· Schedule manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.
· Monitor reservation system and table seating.
· Work closely with head chef to ensure front of house and back of house have seamless operations.
· Responsible for daily cash flow, petty cash flow in the outlet.
Requirements
· Work closely with Area Manager to report incidents and suggestions for improvements.
· Minimum relevant 3 years working experience in restaurant.
· Willing to work roster, weekends and public holidays.
· Service oriented and energetic.
· Willing to lead and nurture service crew.
· Able to multi-task.
· Proficient in MS Office.
