Job Description
GL Function
- Monthly account closing of entities books.
- Monthly finance update in HQ finance system.
- Prepare monthly account schedules and HQ reportings.
- File quarterly GST Return.
- Assist with submitting e-capex amd e-credit approval.
- Monthly stocktake cycle count.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation .
- Assist in audit, tax, HQ reporting and other statutory requirements.
- Draft yearly audit report to auditor.
- Corporate tax filing and reply on tax queries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned.
AR Function
12. Update receipts for customers payment.
13. Generate weekly debtors aging and follow up with overdue.
Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in handling full set of accounts.
3. Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Words.
4. Positive working attitude, meticulous and efficiency.
5. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
6. Able to work under pressure and take initiative to meet job objectives an dealines independently.
