Job Description
· Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
· Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
· Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
· Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
· Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
· Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Job Requirements
· Possess at least a Diploma
· Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
· Self-driven and resourceful
· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work at “retail hours” and both weekends
