Job Description:
- Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure.
- Responsible for performing data analysis to generate data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners.
- Contribute to revenue and profitability growth across digital platforms
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms and to identify strategic business partnerships
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-Commerce activities
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes
- Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pickup or delivery service
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
- Account / Client Relationship Management with the various stakeholders
- Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing for FMCG or any related field
- Strong passion in digital and ecommerce environment
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
