Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales and business development with a strong network and expertise in at least one industry vertical (such as travel agencies, banks, payment companies, tourism boards, or airlines). Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, especially in merchant development and management. Strong interpersonal abilities are vital.
- Proactivity: Willingness to actively visit potential merchants for pitches, with a commitment to building a successful business in a startup environment.
