1. Marketing Planning, Calendar, and Campaign Implementation:
- Monitor beauty communications and digital trends to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Assist the Consumer Marketing Manager in formulating and executing the brand marketing calendar and omni-channel marketing programs.
- Lead campaign planning with comprehensive execution, partnering with Corporate Marketing (Social Media, Content, CRM), Education, Commercial, and Online teams (OL, B&M, SMC) to meet business objectives.
- Utilize key selling points and social storytelling to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and communication channels, including social platforms, visual merchandising, online SIS, and KOL channels.
- Oversee the execution of Unity omni-channel strategies, including product listings, social media, CRM, social activation, visual merchandising, and promotions.
2. Social Digital Marketing and Communication Execution:
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to implement Social Digital and CRM plans, ensuring alignment with project KPIs.
- Ensure effective execution of the Content Calendar, localization of digital assets, and brand communication across social pages, websites, SEO, and email marketing.
- Execute local creative briefs for social and digital media.
- Identify and propose new initiatives to leverage emerging social media trends for improved campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Manage Facebook, eDM, and SMS calendars, liaise with CRM agencies for campaign execution, and track performance using Tableau against previous years and APAC benchmarks.
- Plan and create assets and copy for visibility on retailer and mall partners’ digital channels, eDMs, and social platforms during key launches and campaigns.
3. PR/KOL/Community Management:
- Collaborate with Corporate and Digital Marketing Managers to identify and propose local KOLs and relevant PR/community opportunities aligned with brand needs.
- Assist in developing KOL/PR plans, including content creation, editorial write-ups, press discussions, and key highlights.
- Manage KOL relationships, including content briefing, contract negotiations, and approvals.
- Oversee live shoots, ensuring deliverables meet content briefs, are on time, and align with brand standards.
- Maintain and establish relationships with KOLs for ongoing support and campaign focus.
- Implement both paid and non-paid KOL activities and community activations for brand and mega campaigns.
- Plan and oversee in-person PR activations, including vendor coordination, event design, RSVP management, and event space visual merchandising.
4. Marketing Operations Management:
- Coordinate with Education on programs to ensure alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Partner with the local Online team to execute e-commerce mega campaigns.
- Prepare consolidated reports and recommend improvements or changes.
- Align with Product and Retail Marketing for visual merchandising implementation and commercial planning.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to develop targeted consumer offers using CRM data.
- Ensure consistent and timely implementation of all communications.
- Consolidate reports and analyze marketing plans and activities.
5. Budget Monitoring and Management:
- Follow up with procurement and agencies on budget usage and plans.
6. Retail Marketing:
- Translate the marketing plan into local retail activation strategies, including visual merchandising, to deliver omni-channel promotions.
- Support local promotions, events, and concepts to meet brand KPIs.
- Assist with key account management across channels on promotional calendars and retail/VM execution to enhance in-store experiences and omnichannel excellence.
