Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled Shadow Support Coordinator for our client. This role is instrumental in providing essential transition support to one of our students, ensuring their successful adaptation and well-being within the school environment during the stipulated period.
Contract Period: 26th August to 27th September 2024
Work Hours: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (School Days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized transition support to the student, focusing on their unique needs and ensuring a positive school experience.
- Attend and actively participate in school activities with the student, providing the necessary support for their engagement and integration.

Schedule and manage befriending sessions (Flexible)
- 26th August to 29th August, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
- 2nd September to 6th September, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting, demonstrating a strong track record in supporting students through transition periods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop trust and rapport with students.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach, with creativity in problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in education, psychology, or a related field are highly regarded.
