ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
• Effective co-ordination between BTGF Board of Directors, BTGF Finance, Ops, Comms, Cluster Sustainability Champions and Property-based Sustainability Champions for the above
• Guide and manage all formal sustainability reporting are in line with regulatory frameworks such as
• TCFD, GRI, UNGC, SASB, and the Singapore Stock Exchange
• Ensure all requirements of the BTGF Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association are met in a timely manner
Financial Governance & Resource Allocation
• Administration and approval of funds for projects through SteerCo
• Work with BTGF Finance for effective governance and transparent use of BTGF funds, Properties
• autonomous funds, other region-specific related funds (e.g. GIF, SRF, CEPF, LP)
• Ensure the financial sustainability of BTGF through governance of annual expenditures and collections
• Monthly reports on income and expenditure to BTGF SteerCo
Operations & Planning
• Work with BTGF Sustainability-Ops and related parties to ensure even implementation of core programs (Greening, Seedlings, Resource Conservation, Brand for Good)
• Work with Domain leaders to guide and troubleshoot, to ensure annual and long-range sustainability targets are being met (waste, water, biodiversity, climate, DEI)
• Quarterly review and reporting of the above progress to BTGF SteerCo
Communications
• Work with BTGF Sustainability-Comms for annual calendar of key events and groupwide messaging
• Primary coordinating party for the annual Sustainability Report, case studies and any other external communications
• Manage BTGF's internal communications systems and policies, with all relevant data and information accessible by internal partners
Partnerships
• Represent BTGF and its interests within relevant networks and partners to promote and enact BTGF directives and the Group’s sustainability goals
• Identify, evaluation, and connect with relevant partners, in particular relating to strategic operational goals
Others
• Oversee implementation of an overall Sustainability data platform for key metrics, and oversight on implementation of other domain-specific, related platforms e.g. emissions
