RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Assist Manager to manage a team of staffs and handle all works on site.
- Responsible for coordination of Logistic & operation movement.
- Ensure all task given to team are completed according to safety regulations & procedure.
- Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, requirements and documentation.
- Manage defects rectification and improvement works of completed projects.
- Able to read drawings and operate AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma / Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Architectural with at least 3 years related working experience(Stone & Tiling Works)
- Preferably in finishing works.
- Able to manage stress and work independently.
- Versatile in AutoCAD
