- Plan, co-ordinates & implements overall Architectural site works with Archit sub-con & other related trades to carry out work safely.
- Identify and resolves all Architectural problems that arises on site.
- Assist PM & Site Mgr to organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
- Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval;
- Co-ordinate with sub-con & solve technical problems.
- Prepare & attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor & supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants etc.
- Produces schematic design, design development and construction documents for review.
- Keeps project documents and drawings current.
- Strives to ensure all work is completed with accuracy, of high quality and delivered in a timely manner.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in local building construction industry. (Preferably in HDB Projects)
- Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
