1. Job Description
• Job Title: Investment Research Analyst
• Occupation: Investment Research Analyst
• Job Description & Requirements:
- Market Research: Assist the investment team in conducting research on specific sectors, from industry landscape to players
- Due Diligence: Assist the investment team in conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, including market analysis, financial modeling, competitive positioning assessment, and evaluation of the founding team's capabilities;
- Investment Analysis: Assisting the investment team in building the investment memorandum based on alignment with the fund thesis and portfolio construction
- Portfolio Management: Assisting the investment team in providing strategic guidance, product design, and operational support to existing portfolio companies, ranging from regular monitoring, commercial & strategic direction building, to ongoing mentorship & support
- Community & PR: assisting the C&PR team in building investor and founder ecosystem
- Assist with administrative and project-based responsibilities on ad-hoc basis
2. Skills
- Excellent academic background from an accredited and reputable overseas or local top-tier university
- Good analytical ability with technical knowledge in corporate finance and accounting principles
- Ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workloads
- A strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work with a team as well as the ability to work independently
- Good fluency of Bahasa Indonesia AND exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setting throughout the period
