1. Prepare detailed estimates of material costs for various projects.
2. Develop estimates for general expenses and overheads.
3. Advise on tendering procedures, prepare and submit competitive bids.
4. Analyse incoming tenders and evaluate contractor proposals.
5. Regular review of project financials.
6. Monitor contract expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Knowledge in steel business.
4. Efficient and with good analytical skills.
5. Able to work independently.
