Job Description:
- Help schedule shipments and make sure all paperwork is done correctly.
- Keep records up to date, including inventory and delivery information.
- Prepare delivery orders and answering basic questions.
- Visit the warehouse to check and manage stock when needed.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Help create and maintain operational reports and documents.
- Ensure all paperwork follows company rules and regulations.
- Take part in projects to improve how we work.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
