- Review of all the architectural and structural drawings specifications, schedules and quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness for construction progress. This involves assessing the location and orientation of materials to be erect.ed
- Analytical ability, solid mathematical foundation, problem solving ability, clear verbal and written communication
- Making sure that the entire materials utilized as well as work conducted is according to provisions.
- Create schedules for construction and worker shifts
- Monitor and comply with guidelines and regulations regarding permits, safety, etc.
- Attending coordination meetings organized by client, consultants and main contractor to ensure projects are completed within time frame, budget and optimal quality.
- Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers etc, monitor performance, workmanship and quality of materials and services.
- To assist project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
- Handling of technical and engineering problems.
- Inspection on structural and architectural works to control quality of project.
- Office-based for paperwork and site visiting for site progression.
- Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
