Job Scope:
- Preparing of Procurement purchasing documents
- Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)
- Sending of daily mails and registered mail to post office
- Daily opening of letterbox
- Daily sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- Arranging of local/overseas courier services and preparing documents.
- Sorting of Procurement documents
- Receive visitors (guests, vendors/suppliers, contractors etc.)
- Arranging & receiving of daily delivery
Requirements
- Min O/A Levels/Diploma with at least 1 year working experience in general or purchasing administration
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word and Excel
- Able to start work immediately
- Must be able to commit for 6 months
- Opportunity to convert from contract role to a permanent job for the right candidate
