As a Financial Advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operation Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial advisers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experience, including 5 years of working experience in a licensed Financial Advisers Company.
- Proven experience in senior operational roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
