Responsibilities
As the Manager under the Data, Analysis & Process team, you will provide the following support to the team:
1) Data Project Management
• Assist in data preparation, data labelling and data validation.
• Undertake end-to-end data projects, encompassing collection, cleansing, classification, preparation, mining, and analysis.
• Assist with housekeeping of databases.
• Assist with data management for data analytics related project.
• Assist in tracking progress of data migration activities
2) Dashboard Development, Data Visualization and Reporting
• Develop interactive dashboards that enhance reporting and performance monitoring, providing valuable insights and perspectives to business users.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to support reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the ops team, providing recommendations based on data insights and contributing to the development of data-driven implementation plans.
3) Automation and Improvement Initiatives
• Support automation and improvement initiatives by understanding business needs, identifying data requirements and use-cases, and translating them into analytics and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with data visualisation or RPA skills is an advantage
Aptitudes/Abilities
• Be comfortable working with data and is detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, yet collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
