Job Description
· Ensure classrooms, special rooms and common areas within the school are kept clean and orderly.
· Responsible for the security of classrooms and common rooms. This includes locking and unlocking of doors and windows
· Operating and monitoring the school’s security alarm system.
· Maintaining school’s security and vigilance
· Direct and accompany visitors/contractors to the appropriate offices or locations within the school
· Gate and Traffic Warden duties.
· Assisting teaching staff and other school personnel in logistics and arrangements for school events.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SLs, Admin Manager and Operations Manager.
Requirements
· Min PSLE certificate
· Good team player and able to speak simple English
· Preferably have some working experience in schools and able to handle physical duties such as carrying tables and chairs etc.
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 6.00am to 3.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025
