About the job

The role will focus on student recruitment from India and supporting the enrollment of qualified applicants to MDIS. The role will include ensuring a successful conversion rate and meeting the recruitment target for MDIS. The incumbent will operate from Singapore.



Responsibilities:

Represent institute and manage the student Recruitment team participation at international student recruitment-based activities and events.

  • Lead student recruitment and marketing campaigns to build awareness and engagement. Convert international student recruitment leads into enrolments to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing potential collaboration opportunities for MDIS in the Indian market.
  • Liaise and work closely with the Head of Schools for targeted program promotion and selling. Propose, align, and implement with group MarCom department on localized or digital campaigns, recruitment drives, and marketing events.
  • Establish, develop, and nurture strong partnerships with student recruitment agencies, institutions, key accounts and in-country marketing agents to build strong lead pipelines for international student recruitment.
  • Implement and oversee student recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Analyse and report the effectiveness of student recruitment and marketing strategies in monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Work closely with student admissions and various departments across the institute to ensure a seamless connection with prospective students, alumni, and partners.
  • Ensure the effective organization of workshops, and/or campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications to parents and students of new Initiative programs in relation to results, operational changes, deadlines, and other administrative communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and compliance requirements from statutory authorities such as Edutrust/CPE, and any other authorities related to international student recruitment and enrolment activities.


Requirements:

Preferably a recognized bachelor’s degree in business & management/ international Marketing or related field

  • Established & successful track record in sales,
  • Proven prior experience in student recruitment for India.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in private education, international schools or training centers with strong knowledge and understanding of student recruitment and market.
