Accounts Assistant

Tsingland Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
  • Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
  • Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
  • Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
