RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about broadband products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable broadband plans and equipment based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct demonstrations of broadband equipment and services to showcase their features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including activating new broadband accounts and processing payments.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to broadband connectivity and equipment setup, offering guidance and assistance to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in broadband technology and services to effectively communicate product offerings to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the retail operation.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of retail experience required
- Prior experience in IT/Telco industries will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in Telesales preferred
- Strong negotiation, listening, presentation, and time management skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
