- Ability to drive and operate a concrete pump truck in a safe and conscientious manner.
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections on pumps and vehicle and preventive maintenance.
- Handle pumps systems that transfer concrete material to designated casting area.
- Monitor pressure and temperature gauges to ensure that there are no abnormalities with the transfer of the materials.
- Check quality and consistency of the concrete mixture and placement.
- Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed by project team at all times
- Have basic knowledge to Inspect, diagnose and perform major and minor repair work on motors, pumps, hydraulic equipment, compressors, controls, valves and related equipment if necessary.
- Submit job sheet, inspection forms and safety reports to customer.
- Submit daily maintenance check and vehicle movement report
- Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors to set up in a safe/efficient manner.
- Keep unit clean and maintained daily.
Skills
- Ability to operator 50m to 75m pump.
- Ability to operate concrete pump on Commercial job site to CMP standard.
- Exhibit basic diagnostic skills of a concrete pump in the field to complete the job at hand if needed.
- Basic Intermediate mechanical skills changing parts on a concrete pump.
Requirements
- Qualified Pump Truck Operator Driving license
- With valid class 4/5 license
- With valid CSOC, OPSOC, rigger and Signalman license ....etc
- 10 years of pump operating experience
- Ability to communicate, read and writing in English
