Job Description:
- Oversee all architectural works on site.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
- Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.
- Ensure GOOD quality of work is compliance with safety regulations.
- Meeting with clients, consultants, subcontractors
- Preparing of weekly report
- Preparing of work schedule
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in local architectural works is required.
- Knowledge of Autocad, Ms project
