Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails
- Managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments
- Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Data entry, file organisation, submission of transactions & other admin tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum academic qualifications of a full-time Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- Undergraduate are welcome to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hard-working, good organization & scheduling
- No experience are welcome

Work Days & Hours
- Mon - Fri (Flexible 2- 3 days per week, 4 hours per day)
- Will be discussed based on your schedule (Part Time)
