Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

1. Book keeping of accounts
2. Prepare audit schedules and tax computationGeneral clerical duties include photocopying, fax, scan, emails.
3. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
4. Maintain calendars and meeting schedules.
5. Undertake and complete all assignments and additional duties as delegated.
6. Must maintain confidentiality of all information, as well as other company datas.

Requirements

1. Excellent Microsoft skills is must. Ms. Excel (vlook up, pivot table) and Ms. word
2. Strong computer skills and math ability
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
4. Should possess min "O" level with accounting background knowledge is must
5. Applicants should posses min 1 to 2 years prior experience
6. Those who possess Accounting Qualification without having prior experience maybe considered
7. Knowledge is Tally Accounting Software or possess knowledge in any accounting software
