- Manage monthly APAC payrolls and semi-monthly invoices, including commissions, bonuses, and ad hoc off-cycle payrolls.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors for payroll processing, tax investigations, and audit preparations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and handle tax account setups as needed.
- Work with Treasury to ensure timely payroll funding and tax payments.
- Prepare monthly reports for accounting, equity, and tax purposes, ensuring compliance with internal and external obligations.
- Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to maintain accurate data in Workday.
- Conduct quarterly and year-end reviews, prepare tax documentation, and resolve payroll adjustments.
- Support payroll audits by ensuring accurate and accessible documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of APAC payroll experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Immedis/UKG and experience with equity payroll processing.
- Familiarity with Workday, Velocity, and Deel platforms is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of Indian payroll laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple payrolls and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- CPP certification is a plus but not required.
