- Liaise with customer with their operational requirements.
- Generate daily sales invoices upon the competition of the job
- Need to able to use excel to provide simple summary to customer when required
- Check invoices against quotation and supporting documents to ensure accuracy
- Email invoices together with supporting documents to customers.
- Follow up with customers on the invoices send
- Sent monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Follow up email on outstanding payment
- Filing
- Accounts Receivable functions
