Job Scope:
• Assist with budget projections, assessments of potential partnerships and collaborations, strategic communications and PR management for large-scale international-level events
• Conduct research on social cohesion faultlines and trends, community organisations, social cohesion norms and practices
• Assist with conference event management, including liaising with speakers, delegates and venue operators
Organise and convene working level meetings with senior management and external stakeholders.
Working Arrangement:
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary: $2800 - $3000/Month
Contract Duration: Sept 2024 - Aug 2025

Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree
