JOB DUTIES
· Oversee and manage the smooth management of operations in CDAC Centres in all aspects such as supervising the admin support staff, work scheduling, facilities management, services provided to the beneficiaries and paperwork administration.
· Identify, analyze and enhance existing work processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
· Drive process improvement projects using innovative techniques and problem-solving methods.
· Carry out programmes initiated by the various departments to serve the needs of the local community.
· Collaborate with and engage local community stakeholders, such as schools, social service agencies, grassroots organisations and private organisations and volunteers to mobilise community resources to support the needs of beneficiaries within locale.
· Befriend community through various approaches and platforms, including children from low-income families, and to extend support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Relevant experience in facility management.
- Relevant experience in social service-related field preferred.
- Possess a proactive attitude, drive, and warmth disposition and is willing to support needs of beneficiaries.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to multi-task.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
