This role is involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as salary calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll report. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of payroll processing and billing using Easypay and in-house payroll system
- Verify contractors’ daily attendance timing (TMS)
- Processing of payroll for contractors
- Ensure accuracy of payroll documents and reports
- Verify and process claims (e.g. overtime, medical) and allowances for contractors
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
- Monthly submission of CPF
- Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) for foreigners and check IR8A for local candidates
- Process NS Make-Up Pay claim for contractors
- Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
- Maintaining contractors’ leave records
- Preparing and sending invoices to client
- Ensure local statutory, tax, policy and internal compliance are fulfilled
- Other ad-hoc payroll and billing duties assigned
Profile Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI Holder
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Payroll experience
- Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes
- Experience with payroll system such as Easypay will be an advantage
- IT savvy
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and time management skills
