Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all shipping documentation according to daily schedules to ensure timely delivery of outbound shipments to customers
- Maintain accuracy in shipping records and comply with documentation standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for import shipment documentation and work with forwarders to ensure prompt delivery of shipments to the warehouse
- Response shipping inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Prepare management reports related to operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in shipping/logistics management
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience
- Adaptable to fast-environment and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Meticulous and organized
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
