The world’s second largest entertainment company is on the hunt for a highly-motivated and fun-loving Duty Manager for Madame Tussauds Singapore (based in Sentosa).

About The Job:

The Duty Manager’s key focus is the daily operations & targets of the attraction and to ensure we are continuously creating and delivering magical moments for guests on a daily basis while maintaining exceptional health & safety standards.

To do so, you will lead and work with the daily team across Admissions, Commercial (Retail), Rides, Guest Experience. This role will report in to the Operations Manager.


What You Will Do:

  • You are awesome at motivating & developing the teams to deliver excellent and memorable experiences for our guests in every aspect
  • You are diligent about ensuring your people and your guests are safe, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met
  • You are talented at troubleshooting minor to major incidents that occur on site as well as any people related concerns
  • You get to innovate and implement strategies in achieving the highest possible standards of guest service, displays & presentations, technical operations and safety in all operational areas of the attraction

You are:

  • an energetic person with a passion for fun, having fun, and creating fun for your team and for our guests
  • infectious and great at inspiring and motivating teams towards success
  • incredibly proactive and love to solve problems before anyone notices
  • cool as a cucumber when dealing with incidents of different severities in a fast-paced environment.
  • a quick learner (you’ve been told you have an amazing memory)
  • flexible on working hours and are prepared to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when required

You have:

  • at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • an almost embarrassing passion for building strong and engaging teams
  • Positivity like a boomerang - the capacity to bounce back from any setbacks
  • a track record of taking ownership
  • a deep understanding of the nature of operations & tourism

Finally, the successful candidate must have the confidence to demonstrate the passion in the product, the people, and fully embody the “WOW” of working at Madame Tussauds.
