Account Executive/Up to $2750 + Allowance +VB
Our Client has contributed to construction facilities both in Japan and overseas.
is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Account Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing tax invoices
- Preparing credit notes
- Preparing debit notes
- Petty cash
- Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher
- Preparing “giro application form” from customer and vendor
- Preparing bank – remittance application form
- Preparing letter of credit application form
- Stationery & paper apportionment
- Attend to queries from “Department of Statistics”
- Oher ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates from Singapore local ITE or Polytechnics in Accounting
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
OTHER INFORMATION:
· Location: Outram
· Working Days/Hours: 5 days 830am to 515pm
· Salary: Up to $2750 + Allowance +VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
