Job Scope:
NBS Work-Study Degree Programme portfolio
· Manage enquiries from students and employer partners ie 200 students and 70 employers.
· Conduct weekly engagements with students.
· Organise monthly training sessions.
· Organise mid-internship events and feedback gathering channels.
· Organise employer’s engagement sessions.
· Conduct presentations to onboard potential employer partners.
· Manage onboarding for new employer partners.
· Assess suitability of roles.
· Ensure eligibility of students.
· Mitigate complaints and manage disciplinary cases.
NBS Career Day
· Manage enquiries from students and employer partners.
· Liaise with employer partners for internship and graduate roles.
· Create daily publicity for students.
· Coordinate with vendors on event logistics.
· Recruit and manage student ambassadors and student assistants.
· Execute event setup.
Job Requirements
· Demonstrated skills in programme and event management, including quick understand of complex academic programme policies and regulations
· Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), customer service, and presentation skills
· Excellent client service skills, to include the ability to effectively follow up and follow through
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Candidates with experience in student and employer needs in recruiting, coupled with knowledge in career development, career assessments, career coaching, career placement, will be preferred.
