- Conduct daily tool box meeting and safety inspection to ensure compliance to prevailing MOM regulations and company ISO policies.
- Supervise construction activities
- Conduct safety induction briefing for the new hire worker and ongoing safety training for existing staff to raise the safety awareness.
- Work closely with HSE manager in risk assessment and workplace safety audit to ensure risk control measurements are in place.
- Perform regular site inspection to ensure work practices and equipments are in the good condition.
- Investigate accident and safety incident in site, work together with HSE manager to develop and implement the preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain the proper safety documents that required by relevant authorities.
- Required class 3 license and pick up the workers from dormitory early in the morning and drop in the evening.
