Amber Marine Supplies Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for recruiting all positions in the company, including posting job ads, fielding calls, responding to whatsapps , emails and arranging interviews
  2. Handling work pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and appeal, etc.)
  3. Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
  4. Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
  5. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Manage all insurance matters such as work injury compensation, public liability, foreign worker medical insurance etc.
  7. In charge of all vehicle insurance, annual inspections, and processing all insurance claims for the company.
  8. Handle vehicle accidents, insurance and third-party claims.
  9. Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
  10. Double check that the data is entered correctly into the computer.
  11. Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database, personnel files and other documents
  12. Participate in and contribute to company events
  13. Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • More than 1 years’ experience in HR
  • Well versed with the Employment Act and MOM policies will be priority.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered

  • Medical and LeaveBenefits
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working hours:Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am to 3.00pm)
