Job Description:
- Regularly check the inventory of empty caddies and used materials, or respond to requests by booking flights or vessels after confirming with the consignee.
- Create necessary documents for goods collection and export, including invoices and packing lists.
- Arrange for the collection of goods or coordinate with third parties for packing prior to export.
- Prepare tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other related financial documents.
- Assist buyers with processing purchase orders and follow up on delivery status.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirement:
- At least a diploma
- Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience
Additional information:
- Working days: Monday to Friday, Office hours.
- Salary up to $3000
- Located in Boon Lay
