Client Services Manager (Dealing)

Responsibilities:


· Execute trades accurately, efficiently, and timely in securities, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments, on behalf of clients

· Ensure adherence to all compliance, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols during trading activities

· Ensure accurate record-keeping of all trading activities and transactions

· Stay updated on market trends and movements, trading strategies, news, economic indicators, industry regulations and geopolitical events that could impact trading decisions

· Lead a team of Client Services Specialist to achieve the desired KPI set by management to provide a holistic investment journey for our clients

Pricing and Quotation:

- Source and obtain pricing/quotations for structured products from various issuers on a daily basis to ensure competitive offerings for clients.

- Trade Execution : Execute structured products trades accurately and timely, including order taking from clients through email/call log, order booking into the system and placing trades with counterparties.

- Pricing List Compilation and Maintenance: Compile, update, maintain and monitor comprehensive pricing lists for wealth clients, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for informed decision-making.

- Assist and guide wealth clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met, and providing a seamless experience for new clients.

- Understanding that force liquidation duty on a daily basis is required.



Requirements:


· Relevant securities trading license or certification as required by regulatory authorities

· Proven experience as a dealer, with a deep understanding of various asset classes, financial markets, and trading practices

· Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures in the securities industry

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients

· Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple trades simultaneously.

· Ability to work under pressure and make swift decisions in fast-paced trading environments

· Ethical conduct, integrity, and a commitment to compliance in all trading activities

· Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is essential due to the need to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and response to email and report in Chinese to internal and external stakeholders.
