Job scope:
Issue, prepare, coordinate, and vet a full set of shipping documents within a specific deadline; post and update purchases and sales records into Navision software; file documents in physical and digital records.
- Contract issuance
- Handling full spectrum shipping documents comprising coordination, vetting, and issuance of originals to customers
- Purchase and sales entry posting
- Requisite freight payments
- Archiving documents in physical and digital records
Requirements:
- Diploma in maritime study, logistics or other related study
- Has knowledge of incoterms and logistics/supply chain process.
- Understands letter of credit and has knowledge in risk management concept
