Logistics:
Working with office to help coordinate the following where necessary:
1. Coordinate the time and place of incoming goods unloading.
2. Coordinate the best delivery and receipt times with office according to the requirements of
the project department.
Warehouse:
1. Receive incoming goods.
2. Maintain inventory control and update inventory software for all incoming and outgoing
movements.
3. Maintain paper records of all incoming and outgoing movements.
4. Conduct Quarterly Stock Take - maintain accurate records and balances of inventory
(physical on site as well as on software) for physical stock take every quarter.
5. Conduct monthly stock sample count.
6. Materials Cost – Update monthly Back Charge to Project & refund cost from Project to
Finance Dept.
7. Key point of contact with drivers - Prepare and issue the materials for collection by the
drivers.
8. Feedback to Procurement Department on the issued materials and pre-order request.
9. Any other matters relating to Logistics and Warehouse control and management as
directed by management.
Requirements:
Possess high integrity and strong commitment

A good team player and yet able to work independently
Basic PC skills
Possesses at least class 2A licence
