Job Description
- Develop new sources of natural rubber for company
- Instruct trial condition to suppliers and follow it up
- Instruct Lab evaluation and judgment
- Carry our QA audit to all suppliers and instruct quality improvement
- Analyze QPR trend and set up annual improvement activity
- Develop new grade with technical center
- Instruct new grade trial to suppliers
- Investigate quality problem root cause and create counter measure
- Instruct clear correactive action to suppliers for quality problem settlement
- Manage supplier performance monitoring
- Support staff training
- Organize quality meeting with suppliers and shipping line.
- Laboratory management
Requirement of Candidate
Quaification : Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
Pref to have
- Natral Rubber & Tribology Knowldge
- Knowledge of Rubber Compounding & Tire Production
- Minimum 4 years experience in Testing (Fatty Acid/Nitrogen/Viscosity/Polymers gel/Molecular Weight)
- Experience in ISO
