Job Description:
1. Provide support in both AP & AR functions
2. Raised invoice and follow up with payment schedule
3. Handlin Staff's claims and reimbursement
4. Assists in the reconciliation of credit card bills by matching the invoices with the receipts
5. Liaising person to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and handling of receiving
6. Records and maintain timely payments for office/warehouse rent, Fire insurance, Company Vehicle Road Tax renewal, office staff's WICA
7. Other ad-hoc job as assigned
